A Sarges’ Linecook Boss oversees and ensures that all cooks are accurately and efficiently portioning, prepping and cooking menu items according to Sarges’ standard. A Linecook Boss performs final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items ensuring final inspection of all plates meet Sarges’ standards. A Linecook Boss corrects food preparations, plating, cooking and all activities that do not conform to Sarges’ standards to ensure a stellar meal for each and every guest!
